Walker-Partise Wedding Part II

As promised, an update on the original blog (or teaser) of the Walker-Partise wedding ceremony at Les Bourgeois in Rocheport, MO.

One of the many cool things about the winery in Rocheport ... they can print your engagement pictures on the wine bottles!

On-Location: Cedar Lake Farm

Earlier this year I photographed a wedding at Cedar Lake Farm, which is tucked away in Warren County, MO. I had no idea what a treasure this place would be. With an awesome wedding planner (Michelle Tinker), a prepared bride, and an amazing location, it was definitely an astonishing event for all the guests of honor and those in attendance.

The day started off with getting ready in the AMAZINGLY decorated home on site of the farm. Even with the renovated barn and all it's trinkets, I would have to say the ambiance, character, and style of the home had me in the most awe.

Cedar Lake Farm has a great set-up for weddings. The bride has a gorgeous walkway over the water to make her way to the altar, which at this event was the gorgeous berm with a waterfall and beautiful landscaping. The whole spirit and environment of the farm is simply inspiring.











Cedar Lake Farm has lots of great locales for photos. We could have spent the entire day moving around for different shots, and I still wouldn't have had every angle or found every nook I could have.














There was no shortage of great food to be had either. Cedar Lake Farm caters too, and the food (not shown) was the best I've had at a wedding to date.





One of my favorite things about Cedar Lake Farm included the little details all around the farm. The character of the farm is just amazing, and the style is right up my alley! Just check out only a few of the niceties I captured throughout the day ...












And as with every wedding, no matter the location, there's always the little girls who just can't help but spend the day admiring the bride ...
